RideTZ Course Preview: Volume 2

11 photos|Back to RIDETZ's Photos

Part 2 of our weekly series! We continue to take in the amazing sights our riders will see as they travel the 400-mile RideTZ course, benefiting The Foundation for Tomorrow.

Last week, we took a close look at an olb Baobab tree, and the "steps" that tribes used to collect honey on them over 100 years ago. This week, we travel along flat ground from Maasai towards the mountains, and again come across some interesting trees. In addition, we encounter a vital water source for the region, Nyumba ya Mungu (Kiswahili for "The House of God"). A gorgeous view from the bike, but beware, it's a known home to crocodiles!

Enjoy the pictures and be sure to tell us which ones are your favorites!
